In April, we quietly introduced a new concept: Koffee Kaiseki, a multi-sensory experience hosted at Depth Brianza @depth_brianza in the heart of Azabudai Hills. Rooted in the precision of Japanese kaiseki and elevated through world-class coffee and porcelain artistry, this 5-course tasting menu is built around three extraordinary coffees — each one a competition-grade roast, sourced from some of Tokyo’s most exceptional roasters.
The coffee experience is centered around handmade porcelain cups from Arita.
Created by master artisans including the Murakami Brothers, Jun Nakao, and Seiji Tsuji. Each vessel is chosen to complement not just the coffee, but the emotion of the course itself. The Chef Okuno and sommelier at Depth Brianza crafted a menu of rare harmony—where food, form, and fragrance move in rhythm. This event exists only because of their incredible generosity: offering their time, staff, inspiration, and space to bring this vision to life.
