A Ritual of Flavour and Craft

A multi-course tasting inspired by the progression and harmony of traditional Japanese Kaiseki cuisine. Every course is served in Arita-yaki, handcrafted porcelain cups made by Yuichi renowned artisans. Guests learn the stories of each artisan and the origin of the coffee as they experience the pairing. A cultural bridge connecting the refined Tokyo coffee scene with rural craftsmanship from Arita.
