Refund and Returns Policy
Return eligibility
If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Returns are only accepted for unused items in original condition and packaging, unless otherwise required by law.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can help.
Accidental damage after delivery
Accidental damage after delivery is not eligible for refund or replacement.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order for the desired piece and contacting us to request a return for the original item, if eligible.
Refused shipments
If a shipment is refused after dispatch, including due to unpaid duties or taxes, any refund will be reduced by the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any additional carrier or customs charges incurred.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Non-returnable items
Unless required by law or approved by Yuichi in writing, the following are generally non-returnable:
- used items
- items not in original condition
- items missing original packaging
- made-to-order or custom items
- final sale items
- gift cards
