Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Shipping and delivery
Processing times vary, orders are usually processed and shipped in 7 to 10 business days. Any delivery time shown at checkout is an estimate and not guaranteed.

Duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside Japan may be subject to customs duties and taxes in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Returns
Eligible returns are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Accidental damage after delivery is not eligible for refund or replacement.

Handcrafted variation
YUICHI pieces are made by artisans. Each piece may differ slightly in appearance, color, tone, and finish. These variations are part of the intended character and are not considered defects.
