Yes, we ship worldwide. If you do not see your country listed at checkout, please contact us.
No. Orders shipped outside Japan may be subject to customs duties and taxes in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not control these costs and cannot estimate the amount.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as shown at checkout.
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing and shipping after your order is placed. As each piece is made by artisans, timelines may vary.
We use reputable carriers based on destination and service availability. Tracking information will be provided when available.
If you contact us immediately after ordering, we may be able to update your address before processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

If tracking shows an issue in transit, please contact the carrier first with your tracking number, then email us so we can assist.
If a package is marked as delivered but is missing, please check with household members, building management, and neighbors. If you still cannot locate it, contact the carrier. We are not responsible for replacement or refund in cases of theft after delivery.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will coordinate a solution.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging, unless the item is non-returnable (see refund policy). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, place a new order and contact us to request a return for the original item, if eligible.
