Arita ware is handcrafted by skilled artisans. To ensure that your cup retains its beauty and functionality for years to come, please follow these care instructions.

To preserve the quality of your Arita ware, we recommend hand washing with mild soap and warm water. Gently dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spots.

Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaners, as they can scratch the delicate surface of the porcelain.

Store your cup in a dry, safe place to avoid chips and cracks. If stacking cups, consider placing a soft cloth between each to prevent scratching.

When using your cup, avoid exposing it to sudden temperature changes. Do not pour extremely hot liquids directly into a cold cup.

While Arita ware is durable, sudden changes in temperature can cause cracking or breakage. To preserve the integrity of your cup, we advise against using it in the microwave or dishwasher. Gold and platinum decorations can spark and damage both your microwave and the ceramic piece. Absolutely do not use it in the microwave.
