Terms and Conditions: Coffee Club

Welcome to the Yuichi Artisan Coffee Club, where we deliver two carefully selected varieties of coffee beans to your doorstep every month. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before subscribing:

  • Subscription Details: As a subscriber, you will receive a shipment of premium coffee beans each month. Each shipment will contain detailed descriptions of the coffee's origin, flavor profile, and brewing recommendations.
  • Billing and Payment: Subscription fees are billed monthly. Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the date of your initial subscription, and the applicable subscription fee will be charged to your designated payment method.
  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations must be made at least 5 days before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for that month.
  • Shipping: Coffee beans are shipped within the first week of each month. We currently ship only within Japan and shipping costs are included in the subscription fee.
  • No Returns: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee beans once they are shipped.
  • Customer Service: If you have any concerns or issues with your subscription or deliveries, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
